The Healthy Kitchen Nutrition & Cookery Course is designed to help you gain greater insight into wholefoods, superfoods including some raw food nutrition while learning how to cook and prepare a wonderful repertoire of meals. If you'd like healthy inspiration in the kitchen then this course will transform not only your kitchen but your health and life as well!
You'll learn the foundations of eating well and the truth about food and nutrition that is not general public knowledge. This course dispels the food myths multi national food companies have created.
Join for one day or for a 10-12 month program, you decide.
Each class includes some theory, a breakfast, lunch / dinner, sweet and snacks and drinks. The day starts at 9:30am, we share the food we've prepared together at 1:30pm, and finish the day at 2:30pm. Friday and Saturday options are available however we offer a discount for midweek classes and there is usually a waiting list for Saturday places. The sooner you go on the list the sooner you'll get in.
Courses are once a month and run from January through to December but you can join at any time throughout the year if a place is available. If you commit to the full year long course (starting at any time) you will be required to pay for and attend a minimum of ten classes to benefit from the generous discount. Class fees must be paid one month in advance or paid in full upon registration.
