This Mystery Shopping Fun Day Out includes a trip through four specialty shops and the supermarket as Deborah points out the best buys from each location, while learning ot identify the healthiest foods on the shelves. Deborah encourages you to get out of the supermarkets and seek out the best quality ingredients that are often much cheaper too.
