Flowers
contain a huge amount of power packed energy, dont be afraid to add
them to your salads. They also
look fantastic & add a wonderful array of colour.
My
favorites are violas, and calendula petals.
Borage flowers have a wonderful cucumber taste & are perfect
for salads but are also great in drinks, and candied for deserts.

Gently
heat a heavy based pan &
slowly roast the larger nuts & add the smaller nuts as you go until
all golden brown.
Dont over cook or burn them or their lovely oils will be
destroyed & the flavour will be ruined.
