it before reading the ingredients you would never guess whats in it avocado.
You can not taste the avocado at all.This is guaranteed to be the lightest mousse that has ever had the
pleasure of passing your lips!Best of
all its a raw, vegan dish but dont let the healthiness put you off!

large ripe avocado
6 tablespoons unsweetened raw cocoa powder
¼ cup agave syrup or maple syrup
2 tablespoons rapadura
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Good pinch of ground cinnamon
½ cup purified water, maybe more
Combine all the ingredients in a food
processor and whizz until smooth adding more water until you get the desired
consistency.
Note:for a thicker mousse add less water, for a chocolate sauce add more
water.
Garnish with a dollop of mascarpone, or
cream and a shaving of chocolate.
