HEALTHY KITCHEN GREEN SMOOTHIES!
You can't beat starting the day with a Green Smoothie! This is the best thing you can do to start your health transformation today!
1) The rule of thumb is to have 60% fruit and 40% greens (Volume)
2) Try NOT have the same green two days in a row
3) Use ONLY organic ingredients
4) Always drink with plenty of fresh water, especially when you first start drinking green smoothies! You will detox.
5) DOSE: For therapeutic benefits each adult should aim to drink 1000mls a day (one of these recipes as a minimum) and children should aim to drink 500mls.
6) START SLOWLY – If you aren’t used to having a very clean diet starting slowly is very important, Start with a 1/3 – ½ a glass a day.
Place the following combination in your Blender and whizz for 2 minutes on the highest setting.

1 golden kiwifruit, tip and tail removed but skin on

1 large bunch spinach
